EQUIPMENT: Guests can request to use equipment from our library, which includes (2) Nanlite FS-300B Bi-Color LED Monolights, (1) Godox AD300 Pro II Strobe, (2) light stands, (1) 140” white seamless paper backdrop, (1) light blue seamless paper backdrop, (1) 53” cream seamless paper backdrop, and light attachments. Email us if you have further questions. Let us know your equipment needs at least 72 hours before your booking, so we can make sure it’s available. Any damages to equipment will result in a minimum $150 damage fee.

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY: Pets are required to be on a leash while in our building. Any damages to studio space, furniture, equipment, will result in a minimum $150 damage fee.

PHOTOGRAPHERS ARE NOT INCLUDED: Any inquiries for photographers can be sent to juddcreative@gmail.com.

RESCHEDULING: We allow guests to reschedule their booking with a 72 hour notice. Any cancelled bookings will not be refunded. All payments are non-refundable.

CLEANING AND DAMAGES: Guests must return the space in the same condition as it was when they arrived. Failure to do so will result in a min. $150 cleaning fee.

DO YOU HAVE NATURAL LIGHTING? Our photo studio space does not have natural lighting.

WE ARE A SMOKE FREE SPACE: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the studio space. If this policy is broken, a $250 fee will be charged to your card on file.

PARKING AND SPACE ACCESS: There is ample paid street parking around our building. Once you arrive at our location, someone will greet you and guide you to our studio space.
